Long Acres Agronomic Solutions collects contact and account information; customer, farm, field, crop, order, delivery, service, invoice, and payment-related records; communications and consent records; device and usage information; and content provided by users. We use this information to provide and secure our services, manage customer and operational workflows, communicate account and service updates, respond to requests, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our products.
SMS privacy and no-sharing policy
When you expressly opt in to SMS, we may send delivery and route updates, appointment or service reminders, documents and receipts, account or operational notifications, employee work notifications, two-way support messages, and marketing or promotional messages consistent with your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted only as necessary to provide those services. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent for another organization’s marketing. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
We retain information as reasonably necessary for services and legal obligations and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post its revised effective date.
